It's scary how people can change.

How people can change you.

How someone can make you feel

like a million bucks

And then the next second

like you've been hit by a bus.

How did you manage to open me up,

when I swore I was a tightly guarded box?

When I had made peace with myself

and my mind

and my heart?

When I knew that you and I

could never really start?

But you made me feel alive again,

if only for a while

And then changed....

A complete 180.

I hate when people
