Good girl

I can mirror photographs

I can stand in the exact same place

I can repeat the words we once spoke

I can sit in the shadow of this big house 

I can hold it's secrets on the tip of my tongue 

I can press my knees up against my chest

And it feels like a real hug

I can be a good girl, Daddy

But I will not be a hole for some random man

Plant a rose in me instead
